Was Einstein Right? - David Ash & Shane Guffogg
Releasing October 2024
Ten investigative articles that centre on Einstein’s challenge to the uncertainty principle of Werner Heisenberg. Einstein was right because five years after the uncertainty principle was published a nuclear particle was discovered that proved Heisenberg’s principle was wrong. Heisenberg immediately objected. The physics community should have exonerated Einstein.
The investigative text is enhanced by the inspired painting of world-reknown artist, Shane Guffogg.
Was Einstein Right?
1924....2024
In the centennial year of a challenge to the Bohr institute in Copenhagen, physicist David Ash investigates the reason for the row.
Albert Einstein was voted man of the 20th Century. He is widely recognised as the greatest scientist who ever lived; his name is synonymous with genius. But despite recognition of his major achievements in physics, within a decade of his ascent to fame he fell from the pinnacle of science because he challenged Werner Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle and the quantum mechanics that stemmed from it. As a result, Einstein was no longer taken seriously by professional physicists.
But was Einstein right in his warning that there is something wrong in quantum mechanics? Ash’s investigation shows the century old issue can be resolved by a theory from the 19th century, reinvented for the 21st, which shows how quantum mechanics could be restructured and physics unified. It thus appears to be the unified field Einstein was searching for.
If Einstein was right, then this book could shift the paradigm. It has the potential to spark a revolution.
Ash’s discussion on the quantum vortex theory is complimented by Shane Guffogg’s vortexual Art.
